Job summary

Thompson Law Injury Lawyers in Dallas is seeking an Intake Paralegal to join our fast-paced team. The role involves answering incoming calls and engaging with potential new clients over the phone and in person with care, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, and performing various administrative duties.

The position offers a starting salary of $50,000 plus a bonus, with partial Work From Home flexibility after training and onboarding, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1-3+ years working in a Law firm.
• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred).
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills.
• Organization and attention to detail are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and interact with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner.
• Notify paralegals and investigators of client needs and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
• Support intake workflow and data entry.
• Maintain organized records and schedules.

About the job:

This is a fast-paced team environment that is committed to delivering excellent work and enjoying what we do. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. This involves responding to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties.

Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday 8am-5pm

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1-3+ years working in a Law firm.
• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills.
• Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary.

Total Compensation Package:

• The salary for this role starts at $50,000 plus a bonus, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
• Eligible for partial Work From Home (WFH) flexibility following the initial training and onboarding period
