Job summary

Thompson Law Injury Lawyers in Philadelphia seeks an Intake Paralegal to join a fast-paced team handling inquiries from potential clients by phone and in person, delivering compassionate service and accurate information.

The role involves answering calls, routing to paralegals, coordinating with investigators and lawyers, and performing other administrative duties, with opportunities for partial remote work after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1-3+ years working in a Law firm
• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
• Willingness to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills
• Organization and attention to detail are necessary

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and interact with potential new clients over the phone and in person
• Respond to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns
• Notify paralegals and investigators as needed
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform other administrative duties

About the job: This is a fast-paced team environment that is committed to delivering excellent work and enjoying what we do. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. This involves responding to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 3pm to 12pm (eastern time)

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1-3+ years working in a Law firm.
• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills.
• Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary.
