Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Intake Specialist who is personable, organized, and detail-oriented to greet prospective clients. This role emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and accurate management of sensitive information and administrative tasks.

You'll gather intake data, initiate conflict checks, schedule consultations, and ensure materials reach attorneys promptly. Strong organizational skills and discretion are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior administrative, customer service, or professional office experience preferred.
• Warm, professional communication skills with empathy and discretion for sensitive situations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage competing priorities with follow-through.
• General proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn firm-specific systems and software; law firm experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients by phone, email, and online inquiry.
• Gather and document intake information, initiate conflict checks, and ensure attorneys receive complete materials before consultations.
• Coordinate consultation scheduling, confirmations, reminders, fees, payment procedures, and follow-up on inquiries.
• Maintain accurate intake records and performance metrics, prepare reports, identify trends, and support improvements to client service and conversion processes.
