Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five+ years in information governance, records management, or data management.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services is preferred.
• Knowledge of records lifecycle, governance principles, and best practices.
• Experience with MS 365, document management, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Information Governance strategy by implementing policies and standards.
• Collaborate with attorneys and teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage lifecycle of physical and electronic records, including retention and disposition.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve information management and efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and risk mitigation.
• Provide guidance to Information Governance Specialists and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in data management and governance.
