This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a polished, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance legal environment. You’ll play a vital role in helping partners manage their practices and deliver exceptional service to clients.
This is a hybrid role, with a requirement of three in-office days per week.
About the Role
As a Legal Executive Assistant, you won’t just support — you’ll strategize, prioritize, and streamline. Acting as a trusted business partner to 3-5 attorneys, you’ll coordinate key practice activities, manage complex scheduling and communications, and ensure that the right information flows at the right time. You’ll be central to the success of client matters and practice development.
