Job Description:
  • We are looking for experienced Executive Assistants for our clients who are in Digital Marketing, Web Services & IT Agencies in the USA.
  • This role offers a front-row seat with the co-founders of leading international Digital Marketing, Web Services & IT Agencies. If this excites you, apply!
  • Provide administrative support to the board of directors.
  • Coordinate extensive scheduling and calendar management. Handle task management inside ClickUp.
  • Coordinate special projects such as team-building activities and all-hands meetings.
  • Manage the Executive’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) by creating posts, stories, and responding to messages and notifications.
  • Maintain Google Sheets for the board of directors.
  • Process business expense reimbursements and invoices.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Interact effectively with customers and staff at all levels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented, enjoying administrative challenges.
  • Handle frequent interruptions, adapt to changing priorities, and improve administrative processes for efficiency.
  • Manage projects involving multiple tasks, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Apply analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent writing and verbal communication skills with good judgment.
  • Manage complex executive meetings and coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
