Job Description:
- We are looking for experienced Executive Assistants for our clients who are in Digital Marketing, Web Services & IT Agencies in the USA.

- Provide administrative support to the board of directors.
- Coordinate extensive scheduling and calendar management. Handle task management inside ClickUp.
- Coordinate special projects such as team-building activities and all-hands meetings.
- Manage the Executive’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) by creating posts, stories, and responding to messages and notifications.
- Maintain Google Sheets for the board of directors.
- Process business expense reimbursements and invoices.
