Job description

Xsolla is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Monetization. In this dynamic role, you will be a key partner in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of the VP’s agenda. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about enabling executive efficiency and team success in the gaming and digital commerce space.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and optimize the VP’s calendar, schedule, and meetings across global time zones
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and visas.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the VP .
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and calls; ensure follow-ups and action items are tracked.
  • Prepare and format presentations, reports, memos, and internal documentation.
  • Assist with roadmap planning preparation by organizing product briefs and updates.
  • Help prepare for internal and external events, including team meetings, strategy sessions, conferences, and speaking engagements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Executive teams to gather information and relay updates.
  • Organize and coordinate team events, offsites, and department-wide communications.
  • Support expense reporting, procurement tasks, and occasional vendor coordination.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects and assist with special initiatives within the Monetization Unit.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant (experience in tech, SaaS, or gaming is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong command of professional English and Russian.
  • Proven ability to handle a heavy workload and prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Master of multitasking and time management, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; approachable and professional
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and quick to learn tools like Jira, Confluence, and Anaplan.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment .
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Occasional travel required (less than 25%).
