Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Project Coordinator - CS to own a portion of a project, preparing and processing electronic data for client delivery. You will perform quality control and ensure timely results while supporting a diverse litigation lifecycle.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will oversee tasks, coordinate teams, and maintain documenting case details and communications. This role requires strong organization and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level liaison with key client representatives to own the total service delivery relationship.
• Coordinate and execute all client deliverables to ensure overall satisfaction.
• Provide substantive oversight to client-specific projects managed daily by Production Team.
• Create project plans by identifying tasks, resources, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ensure client and project requirements are met by regular meetings with project teams.
• Lead and motivate staff, expanding responsibilities and growth.
• Communicate proactively with clients and escalate when needed.
• Evaluate subcontractors and make recommendations to fit client needs.
• Consult with clients during all stages of litigation lifecycle to plan, organize, digitize and present cases cost-effectively.
• Oversee electronic discovery projects across processing, culling, and high-speed review.
• Advise case teams on database design and workflow with best-practice guidance.
• Manage support staff, track deadlines, and QC deliverables.
• Perform QA on processed data to verify coverage and instructions.
• Document case details and actions for audit trails.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Maintain timely communication from project initiation to closure including scope, pricing, and KPIs.
