Job summary

Rimkus is seeking a Support Specialist, Human Factors to provide skilled support to our operations group in client services. You will manage client-supplied materials, review depositions and discovery, and draft professional communications on behalf of the consulting team.

The role requires handling over 100 active cases, coordinating with attorneys and project managers, and ensuring timely transmission of files to clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in legal studies or related field.
• Minimum five years’ paralegal/legal assistant experience.
• Experience supporting civil litigation matters preferred.
• Experience with manufacturers or product liability a plus.
• Proficiency with PACER and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, log, and maintain client-supplied legal materials.
• Summarize depositions and discovery documents concisely.
• Communicate professionally with law firms and manufacturers.
• Track deadlines and coordinate with attorneys or project managers.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings, depositions, and deadlines.
• Prepare files for transmission to clients and opposing counsel.
