Job summary

Rimkus is seeking a Support Specialist, Human Factors in the United States. The role focuses on managing client-supplied materials, reviewing depositions and discovery documents, and summarizing them for attorneys and project managers.

The position requires at least five years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, strong communication, and proficiency with PACER and MS Office. Travel and overtime may be required, with compensation ranging from $85,000 to $105,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as paralegal, legal secretary, or legal assistant in a law firm or legal dept.
• Experience supporting civil litigation matters is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with manufacturers or product liability matters is a plus.
• Proficiency with PACER and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize client-supplied legal materials and maintain files.
• Track document deadlines and provide status updates to attorneys or project managers.
• Maintain chain-of-custody integrity and confidentiality for client materials.
• Read, summarize depositions and discovery materials with accuracy.
• Identify gaps and coordinate with clients for additional materials.
• Draft professional correspondence and prepare transmittal letters.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings, depositions, and deadlines using shared calendars.
