Rimkus is seeking a Support Specialist, Human Factors, to provide essential support services to our operations group. The ideal candidate will manage legal materials, analyze documents, and communicate proficiently with law firms and clients.

You will ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all client interactions while maintaining organization for over 100 active cases. This position offers a salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as a paralegal, legal secretary, or assistant.
• Experience in civil litigation matters preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and chain-of-custody.

Responsibilities

• Manage client-supplied materials and track document deadlines.
• Prepare summaries of depositions and discovery documents.
• Project a professional image in all communications.
