Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of paralegal, legal secretary, or legal assistant experience in a law firm, legal department, or legal services firm.
• Experience supporting civil litigation matters strongly preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with PACER, Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and related sites.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, log, and maintain client-supplied legal materials including pleadings, correspondence, exhibits, and electronic files.
• Establish, maintain and track document deadlines, follow up on outstanding materials, and provide status updates to supervising attorneys or project managers.
• Prepare concise, accurate summaries of depositions and discovery materials.
• Draft professional correspondence and client communications on behalf of the consulting team.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings, depositions, and deadlines using shared calendars and tracking tools.
