The role requires professional communications, organization, and the ability to track deadlines for a large caseload. Office-based in Orlando with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years experience as paralegal/legal assistant.
• Experience supporting civil litigation preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage client-supplied legal materials and deadlines.
• Summarize depositions and discovery documents for attorneys.
• Draft professional correspondence and manage communications with clients and counsel.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings, depositions, and deadlines.
