Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries received by phone, email, and client portal.
• Troubleshoot client concerns, provide timely solutions, and elevate complex matters to the appropriate manager.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, professional communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and overall service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
• Communicate client feedback to support ongoing process and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications and requests.
