Legacy Capital Services seeks a Legal Administrator to ensure client satisfaction through professional case management in a fast-growing national consumer rights law firm. This role requires attentiveness, reliability, and strong communication, with training provided for career growth.

The position focuses on client interactions, document management, and collaboration across departments in a dynamic office setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s or beyond preferred.
• Strong and clear verbal and written communication to interact with clients.
• Speak fluent English; bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Care for clients and provide a helpful voice.
• Able to multi-task and solve problems.
• Learn new software with training provided.
• Initiative, independence, and critical thinking.
• High accuracy, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Experience in legal or similar field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the law firm, engaging with clients.
• Coordinate legal communications, including handling calls and emails.
• Provide case reviews and updates on representation progress to clients.
• Listen to client needs and provide solutions and reassurance.
• Analyze client files and maintain sensitive information accurately.
• Resolve escalated issues and serve as client advocate.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing client adjustments.
• Collaborate with other departments to support the client.
