Qualifications

• Highly organized with multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; good presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with multiple teammates.
• Extensive experience with computer programs, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and typing at least 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Case Managers.
• Order medical records from providers.
• Prepare comprehensive demands and support submissions to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Investigate the nature and facts of cases.
• Negotiate deductions of outstanding medical balances with providers.
• Prepare documents and correspondence to reach settlements.
