Morgan & Morgan, P.A. seeks a diligent floater to train and support several attorneys and case staff on rotation. This role serves as a stepping stone toward a coveted Case Manager position, offering hands-on exposure to complex personal injury cases and client services.

The position is full-time with hourly compensation and growth opportunities. The successful candidate will shadow Case Managers, handle records, draft demands, and assist with negotiations under attorney supervision, gaining

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in Administrative Assistant, Insurance Adjuster, or Support Role preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with multiple employees in the organization.
• Extensive expertise in computer programs, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and typing at least 35 wpm.
• Remote and/or hybrid ineligible.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow Case Managers.
• Order medical records from providers.
• Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Investigate the nature and facts of cases.
• Negotiate deductions of outstanding medical balances with providers.
• Prepare documents and correspondence to reach a settlement in each case.
