Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or legal support is preferred but training is provided for the right candidate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
• Experience with case management systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential.
• Excellent organization and task management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle client and stakeholder communications via phone and email, providing timely updates to attorneys and tracking deadlines.
• Assist multiple attorneys with administrative tasks and client correspondence, including transcription and document formatting.
• Oversee case management activities such as tracking summons/complaints, liaising with marshals, and filing with courts.
• Manage client intake by gathering case details and entering information accurately.
• Coordinate attorney schedules, meetings, and deadlines to ensure organized operations.
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files with attention to accessibility and compliance.
