Razavi Law Group, APC, a premiere personal injury and employment litigation firm in California, seeks a dedicated Case Assistant to join our growing team. You will support attorneys, manage communications, and help keep the office running smoothly.

The role involves answering calls, organizing documents, coordinating with doctors and witnesses, and preparing basic legal documents. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as legal assistant or legal secretary is a plus.
• Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, document uploading, and electronic file organization.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness
• Handle communication with doctors, insurance adjusters, and witnesses
• Assist clients with property damage and coordinate clients' treatment
• Locate and develop case relevant information
• Type up basic legal documents and correspondence
• Review received documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain client confidentiality
