Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC seeks an experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support our pre-litigation and litigation teams in a fast-paced environment in Boca Raton, FL. You will manage a full caseload, draft demand letters, pleadings, and discovery, and coordinate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

You’ll need strong organization, excellent written and verbal communication, and familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a legal assistant at a law firm
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a paralegal at a plaintiff's personal injury law firm (preferred)
• Experience handling auto accident, slip and fall, and/or premises liability claims
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but not required with sufficient relevant experience

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Experience handling auto accident, slip and fall, and/or premises liability claims
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but not required with sufficient relevant experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
