Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our growing team in Boca Raton. This role supports pre-litigation and litigation teams, handling a full caseload from intake through settlement, drafting filings, and coordinating with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year as a legal assistant, 2+ years as a paralegal in PI, strong writing skills, organization, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a legal assistant at a law firm.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a paralegal at a plaintiff's personal injury law firm (preferred).
• Experience handling auto accident, slip and fall, and/or premises liability claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but not required with sufficient relevant experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities
