Responsibilities include processing invoices through e-billing portals, reviewing time entries, coordinating with attorneys and clients, reconciling trust and operating accounts, and assisting with AP and expenses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of legal billing experience required.
• Experience with e-billing portals (TyMetrix, CounselLink, Legal Exchange, Cogent Legal) preferred.
• Experience with TimeSolve or similar billing software; QuickBooks is a plus.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal billing professional looking to grow with a new firm and take on additional accounting responsibilities over time.

• Manage legal billing using TimeSolve or similar billing software.
• Review attorney time entries and prepare invoices for submission.
• Assist with trust account reconciliations and operating account balancing.
• Support AP, expense tracking, and other accounting functions.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and vendors regarding billing matters.
• Ensure billing deadlines and client guidelines are met.

• Experience with insurance carrier e-billing portals such as TyMetrix, CounselLink, Legal Exchange, Cogent Legal, or similar.
• Experience with legal billing software (TimeSolve preferred).
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
