Job summary

The Billing Specialist at Stinson Leonard Street LLP will handle client invoicing and e-billing, supporting the Finance Department in Minneapolis. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple billing tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities include producing invoices, editing proformas in 3E, reviewing hold accounts, and assisting attorneys with billing requests. Some overtime may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college/business school preferred.
• 1–3 years of legal billing experience preferred.
• Experience with Elite Legal Management, 3E and Thomson Elite eBILLINGHUB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and produce client invoices, including e-billing via Thomson Elite eBILLINGHUB.
• Assist with monthly printing and edits on proformas in 3E.
• Review attorney hold, trust/unallocated balances, and update billing profiles.
• Process refunds and check requests; handle travel and overtime during peak periods.
