Qualifications

• Minimum two years general accounting or billing experience.
• Experience with ebilling and vendor requirements is highly desirable.
• Law firm or professional services experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Generates and processes prebills according to procedures and timelines.
• Interprets billing instructions and seeks clarification as needed.
• Ensures compliance with client billing guidelines, fee agreements, and firm policies.
• Ensures the accurate and timely delivery of invoices including ebills.
• Maintains billing instructions and details within the accounting system.
• Collaborates with attorneys and staff to support revenue operations.
• Responds to inquiries for billing/payment history and time/cost details.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information.
• Participates in training to enhance billing expertise.
