Stinson LLP is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to handle client invoicing, support Finance help desk, and perform advanced billing tasks in a fast-paced professional services environment.

The role requires a 2-year accounting degree or equivalent experience with at least 4 years in billing, and familiarity with Elite legal management software. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this client-facing finance position.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of billing experience.
• Experience working in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Process client invoices and maintain accuracy in billing.
• Assist with Finance help desk and phone queue.
• Prepare, post and reconcile cash receipts and write-downs/write-offs.
• Prepare and distribute unbilled time detail reports to partners.
• Finalize, transmit and mail monthly client bills and statements.
• Create, transmit, and follow up on client e-billing; perform other duties as assigned.
