The Billing Specialist is responsible for the processing of client invoices, including mailing or e-billing invoices, and customer service of internal and external clients. The Billing Specialist will report to the Billing Manager/Billing Supervisor of the Finance Department.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
No travel is expected for this position.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the responsibilities of the position, the employee will work in a professional, fast‑paced office environment that may require additional hours to complete work. The employee will be required to talk and hear, sit, use hands and fingers, occasionally stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Regular lifting of up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds is expected. Visual requirements include close vision.
