Latitude is seeking a litigation paralegal to support a Nashville-area law firm in an on-site, full-time role. You will assist with discovery, electronic filing, calendars, exhibits, and witness coordination to ensure efficient litigation workflows.

The position requires 5+ years of paralegal and legal assistant experience, trial readiness, and excellent case management under pressure in a busy environment. On-site work in Nashville, TN is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in both Paralegal and Legal Assistant duties.
• Experience supporting attorneys through the commercial litigation lifecycle, including trial prep and execution, and managing exhibits, witness materials, and courtroom logistics for complex litigation matters.
• Ability to commit to an intensive workload.
• Demonstrated skill in case management and organization under pressure, with the ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced, “all-hands-on-deck” environments.
• Proficiency with trial technology and litigation tools (e-discovery platforms, exhibit databases, presentation software used in court).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Basic Requirements For Litigation Paralegal

Position Details Of The Litigation Paralegal

• Type of role: Permanent
• Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week
• Location: Onsite in Nashville, TN

Compensation

• Pay: The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
• Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
