Cole Scott & Kissane, P.A. is interviewing experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Assistants for its Tallahassee office. The firm seeks candidates with at least 1 year of legal experience who are self-motivated, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills.

Insurance defense experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include supporting two attorneys, managing calendars, filing routine pleadings, and coordinating with mediators, experts, and courts.

Competenze

• 1+ years of legal assistant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Florida E-Filing Portal and familiarity with legal procedures and court protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Florida’s largest full-service civil litigation firm, is currently interviewing experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Assistants for our Tallahassee office.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year legal experience who are self-motivated, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills. Insurance defense experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to two attorneys

Qualifications:
