Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. in Tallahassee is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Assistant to support two attorneys and coordinate busy schedules.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of legal experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Florida E-Filing proficiency and familiarity with court procedures are highly valued, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of legal assistant experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Florida E-Filing Portal and familiarity with legal procedures and court protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Florida’s largest full-service civil litigation firm, is currently interviewing experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Assistants for our Tallahassee office.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year legal experience who are self-motivated, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills. Insurance defense experience is strongly preferred.
