Key Responsibilities
- Support legal and compliance operations across corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract administration, immigration, and entity management.
- Coordinate and respond to KYC (Know Your Customer) requests from financial institutions and business partners.
- Maintain corporate records, organizational charts, and legal documentation.
- Assist with corporate governance matters, annual filings, and entity maintenance activities.
- Manage and track commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Monitor contractual obligations, key dates, renewals, compliance requirements, and regulatory deadlines.
- Coordinate immigration-related processes, including communication with outside counsel and tracking visa renewals.
- Maintain insurance records and monitor policy renewals and coverage requirements.
- Draft and revise legal correspondence, policies, and other business documents.
- Partner closely with Compliance, Finance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support ongoing legal initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a legal, compliance, corporate, legal operations, or paralegal capacity.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience supporting commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory filings, or related legal functions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology or contract management platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information
- Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
