Advatix, Inc. is seeking a Legal AI Adoption Counsel to drive responsible, practical use of generative AI across the firm’s practices within the Client & Innovation function.

You will collaborate with attorneys, practice leaders, IT, PD, training, research, marketing, and business development to shape AI strategy. Responsibilities include scaling AI platforms, identifying use cases, developing rollout strategies, delivering training, and creating playbooks and workflow documentation to support

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Hands-on experience using legal generative AI tools.
• Experience in Legal Innovation, Knowledge Management, Legal Operations, Practice Management, or Legal Technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of firm-approved generative AI platforms across multiple practice groups.
• Partner with attorneys and business leaders to identify practical AI use cases.
• Develop implementation strategies to increase adoption and improve workflows.
• Support AI pilot programs and scale successful initiatives firm-wide.
• Design and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Coach attorneys on integrating AI into daily work.
• Create learning materials including playbooks, checklists, FAQs, and workflow docs.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and vendor solutions.
• Promote responsible and ethical AI use throughout the firm.
• Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and business impact.

Compensation: $165,000 - $200,000 per year

About the Role

Our Client is seeking a Legal AI Adoption Counsel to drive the responsible, practical use of generative AI across the firm's practices within the Client & Innovation function, working closely with attorneys, practice leaders, IT, professional development, training, research, marketing, and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of firm-approved generative AI platforms across multiple practice groups
• Partner with attorneys and business leaders to identify practical AI use cases
• Develop implementation strategies that increase adoption and improve legal workflows
• Support AI pilot programs and help scale successful initiatives across the firm
• Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
• Coach attorneys and legal professionals on integrating AI into their daily work
• Create practical learning materials including playbooks, best practice guides, checklists, FAQs, and workflow documentation
• Evaluate new legal AI technologies and vendor solutions
• Promote responsible and ethical AI use throughout the firm
• Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and business impact

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Hands-on experience using legal generative AI tools
• Experience in Legal Innovation, Knowledge Management, Legal Operations, Practice Management, or Legal Technology

Preferred

• Experience practicing law within a law firm or corporate legal department
• Experience designing training programs for legal professionals
• Familiarity with change management methodologies
• Strong project management and organizational skills
