Job summary

Boston Hale seeks an AI & Innovation Lead to shape the firm's AI strategy and deliver practical solutions for legal teams. You will work with senior stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption across the firm.

The role focuses on leading pilots, evaluating technologies and coordinating across legal, technology and business teams to embed AI into daily workflows. JD preferred but not essential, with 4+ years in legal environments.

Qualifications

• JD preferred but not essential.
• 4+ years in legal environments.
• 2+ years innovation / legal tech / AI solutions delivery.
• Project delivery experience.
• Experience with Copilot, Harvey or similar legal AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with lawyers to identify high-value AI use cases and deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead AI pilots, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive firmwide adoption.
• Collaborate across legal, technology, and business teams to embed AI into workflows.
• Manage AI-related projects, user engagement, testing, training and continuous improvement.
• Advise on new AI capabilities, market trends, governance and strategic decision-making.
