Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior AI and Innovation Counsel in Houston, Texas to drive AI integration within legal practice and advocate adoption across the firm. You will collaborate with multiple teams to enhance legal services through technology and deliver high-impact AI initiatives.

The role requires JD with 7+ years in law or KM/Innovation, deep knowledge of legal workflows, and experience with legal tech and project management.

Qualifications

JD required.
7+ years as attorney or KM/Innovation.
Strong understanding of legal workflows.
Experience with legal tech and PM.
Ability to drive change in ambiguity.
Excellent communication to translate needs.
Aware of data privacy and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

Embed within priority practice groups to encourage AI tool adoption.
Validate AI outputs to meet professional and client standards.
Translate attorney needs into actionable requirements.
Integrate AI tools into existing workflows for improved efficiency.
Develop high-value use cases based on legal practice experience.
Partner with teams to map matter lifecycles and identify automation opportunities.
Support rapid prototyping and testing of new workflows.
Manage and mentor a team of AI and innovation lawyers.
Build trusted relationships with partners and attorneys.
