Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Legal Technology to lead the strategy and execution across CLM on ServiceNow, LSD, Legal Tracker, and CoCounsel. You will partner with Legal and IT to define roadmaps, manage AI-enabled capabilities, and drive governance while coordinating with executive stakeholders.

The role requires strong product craft, ownership, and the ability to translate legal complexity into scalable tech strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/Business or related field
• 6+ years in technical product management within a corporate/legal environment
• Experience owning multi-platform product roadmaps for legal tech
• Experience directing CLM implementations
• Experience managing legal workflow platforms and automation
• Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise eSignature integrations
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap for Legal Technology platforms
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver platforms
• Own integration strategy with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and eSignature tools
• Set AI governance and scale production-grade capabilities
• Provide executive status reporting and business cases to leadership
