Cozen O'Connor is building a multidisciplinary Legal AI & Practice Transformation team to rethink how legal services are delivered. The Manager, Legal Innovation Operations will run the day-to-day operations of this program, translating leadership priorities into organized, reliable execution.

This hands-on role will manage projects, build and improve operating processes, coordinate across teams and vendors, and ensure lawyers receive responsive, effective support.

Formación

• Experience managing multiple technology or innovation projects from planning through implementation and ongoing operations.
• Strong program and project management skills with managing dependencies and risks.
• Track record of building or improving processes and systems for teams.
• Experience supporting technology products with hands-on platform knowledge.
• Clear communication and service-oriented approach; ability to train users.
• Law firm or professional-services experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate program priorities into actionable plans with owners, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage pilots and deployments across concurrent workstreams; resolve issues and make decisions with recommendations.
• Build and improve operating processes for intake, provisioning, licensing, and updates.
• Coordinate with lawyers and business professionals to document needs and deliver with technical specialists.
• Serve as day-to-day business owner for platforms such as Harvey, CoCounsel, and DeepJudge.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate changes, testing, and rollout.
• Organize onboarding, training, and communications with IS, L&D, vendors, and SMEs.
• Monitor adoption, costs, and outcomes; support renewals or replacements.
• Maintain documentation, guidance, templates, and training resources.
• Coordinate AI governance procedures and required reviews.
