Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• At least five years of substantive transactional or advisory legal experience.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI in legal work; able to judge where AI adds value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with transactional and advisory practices to redesign workflows.
• Analyze workflows, identify pain points, and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Advise lawyers on where AI can improve work and where it should not be used.
• Lead pilots from definition through adoption and continuous improvement.
