Job summary

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
- At least five years of substantive litigation experience.
- Deep understanding of litigation workflows and client service demands.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI in legal work.
- Ability to translate among legal, technical, and business audiences.
- Strong ownership and follow-through on multiple initiatives.
- Curious, low-ego mindset with willingness to experiment and learn.
Responsibilities
- Partner with litigation practices and redesign workflows.
- Analyze workflows to identify pain points and AI opportunities.
- Advise lawyers on where AI adds value and where it should not.
- Assist litigators in live matters by selecting tools and crafting prompts.
- Lead pilots from problem definition to adoption.
- Develop AI-enabled capabilities and reusable playbooks.
- Translate issues across legal, technical, and business audiences.
- Drive adoption and training of AI solutions.
