Job summary

Cozen O’Connor is building a multidisciplinary Legal AI & Practice Transformation team to rethink how legal services are delivered. The AI Innovation Attorney – Litigation will partner with the firm’s litigation practices to identify and implement high‑value opportunities to use AI, redesign workflows, and improve how legal work is delivered.

This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator who is actively using generative AI and wants to shape AI-enabled litigation.

Qualifications

Active hands-on use of generative AI in legal work with informed view on where it adds value
Substantive litigation experience (at least five years)
Ability to translate between legal, technical, and business audiences
Strong project ownership, organization and follow-through
Open to experimentation, learning from failure, and driving results

Responsibilities

Partner with litigation practices to redesign workflows and identify AI-enabled opportunities
Lead pilots from problem definition to adoption and scale
Serve as power user for the firm’s AI platforms and develop modular playbooks
Provide practical guidance and training to lawyers on AI capabilities and governance
Help shape differentiated, client-facing litigation delivery and proposals
