You will lead discovery, demos, and onboarding with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, translating real legal work into Harvey solutions and shaping product roadmaps that reflect the needs of top law firms and corporate legal teams. Qualifications

• 3+ years of practicing law in-house, at a top-tier law firm, or advising a sophisticated corporate legal team.
• Strong understanding of workflows and demands of law firms.
• Executive presence with relationship-building across legal and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for live demos and workshops.
• Curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal work with practical, action-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, demos, trainings, and onboarding alongside AEs and CSMs.
• Translate legal practice needs into Harvey solutions and contribute to product feedback.
• Help shape Harvey's product roadmap grounded in the legal profession's needs.
• Build and maintain credibility as the leading AI platform for lawyers.
