Job summary

Harvey, Inc. is seeking a Legal Engineer (Pre-Sales) to join its Legal Engineering team. You will work closely with Account Executives to run pilot programs, demonstrate AI-enabled workflows, and tailor solutions to top law firms.

You'll translate legal practice needs into actionable product feedback, influence the roadmap, and help define no-code custom solutions across pre- and post-sales areas. Travel 2–3 times per month as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of practicing law in-house or at a top-tier law firm.
Strong understanding of law firm workflows and risk vs business priorities.
Executive presence and ability to engage with legal and business stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable leading live demos.
Curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal work with action orientation.
Track record partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results.
Cross-functional experience with business, ops, compliance, product is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, demos, trainings, and onboarding alongside Account Executives.
Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering; shape Harvey's roadmap.
Collaborate across Legal Engineers sub-teams and post-sale roles to tailor solutions.
Travel 2–3 times per month for business needs and client engagements.
