Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 3+ years of practicing law in-house, at a top-tier law firm, or advising a sophisticated corporate legal team.
• Strong understanding of workflows and demands of in-house legal teams and business priorities.
• Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with legal and business stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading demos and workshops.
• Deep curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal work with a practical, results‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, demos, trainings, and onboarding with Account Executives and clients.
• Translate real legal work into Harvey solutions and shape the product roadmap with feedback.
• Collaborate across Legal Engineering sub-teams to design agents, playbooks, and tools.
• Support post-sale enablement and contribute to customer-facing content across practice areas.
