As a Legal Engineer across Pre-Sales and Post-Sales, you’ll guide pilots, onboard customers, build agents and playbooks, and translate feedback into product insights. Travel 2–3 days per month is common as we scale.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 3+ years of practicing law in-house, at a top-tier firm, or advising a corporate legal team.
• Executive presence and relationship-building with legal and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills — comfortable leading a live demo or workshop.
• Deep curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal work, with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Account Executives, lead collaborative pilot programs, and demonstrate value to prospects.
• Guide prospects through what's possible with AI and tailor Harvey solutions to their workflows.
• Translate legal practice needs into actionable product feedback across pre- and post-sale roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product roadmap and customer-facing content.
