Harvey AI is seeking a Legal Engineer to shape the future of legal work. You’ll translate legal practice into Harvey solutions, engaging law firms and corporate teams in pre-sales pilots, live demos, and tailored AI workflows.

Post-sale, you’ll support onboarding and build agents with clients, ensuring value across the lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, CSMs, and engineers to drive adoption, collect product feedback, and contribute to client-facing content.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of practicing law in-house, at a top-tier law firm, or advising a sophisticated corporate legal team.
• Strong understanding of the workflows, challenges, and demands of law firms, including balancing legal risk with business priorities.
• Executive presence and relationship-building skills with credibility with legal and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills — comfortable leading a live demo, facilitating a workshop, or engaging in strategic customer conversations.
• Deep curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal work, with a bias toward action.
• Track record partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results, with curiosity for testing approaches and optimizing for customer outcomes.
• Cross-functional experience (business, ops, compliance, product), sales/customer-facing experience (law firm BD, secondment), and/or hands-on experience using AI tools in legal practice are all pluses.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery, demos, trainings, and onboarding for prospects during the pre-sales process.
• Guide prospects through what’s possible with AI, understand workflows, and build tailored solutions.
• Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering.
• Post-sale, LEPS build trusted relationships and help onboard, enable, and build agents on real matters.
• LECS design no-code in-app solutions, prototype against documents, and refine with the customer team.
