Job summary

L&T Technology Services seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer 3 to support legacy electronics systems engineering and sustainment. You will manage component and system-level sustainment, obsolescence mitigation, design control, and validation support for legacy products.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electronic hardware platforms, NPI projects, and lifecycle management, plus strong collaboration with engineering, suppliers, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with relevant experience.
Experience with electronic hardware platforms and legacy electronics.
Familiarity with component obsolescence, sustainment, lifecycle management, and validation testing.

Responsibilities

Execute legacy electronics sustainment and obsolescence mitigation projects per plans.
Own technical deliverables for electronic components and design families.
Identify risks related to end-of-life, supplier discontinuations, and long lead times.
Maintain component sustainment plans, lifecycle status, and records.
Support validation activities including EMC, vibration, and environmental tests.
