You will lead sustainment, obsolescence mitigation, and design control activities for legacy electronic products, collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional groups. The role emphasizes component lifecycle management, engineering change execution, and validation support, with emphasis on delivering technical evidence and maintaining records in a fast-paced, onsite

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Experience with electronic component sustainment and design control processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute legacy sustainment and obsolescence mitigation tasks.
• Own technical deliverables for components or design families including analysis and documentation.
• Support design control transfers and engineering ownership transitions.
• Coordinate with labs for validation testing and collect results.
