Job summary

The Partnerships Coordinator at Greater Egleston High School within Boston Public Schools leads the Leave to Learn program, expands school partnerships, and manages grants and data related to Partnerships.

This managerial role reports to the School Leader and coordinates field trips, student internships, and external partnerships, while building systems with restorative culture and supporting college and career readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a development-related role in an educational environment.
• Minimum of three years professional experience working with students in an urban setting.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Google applications including Google Classroom.
• Demonstrate growth mindset and continuous improvement.
• Ability to engage effectively with youth and diverse communities.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use data management and organizational tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Team-oriented and collaborative with colleagues and families.
• Authorization to work in the United States by first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand Leave to Learn programming.
• Expand number of school partnerships.
• Manage all grants, applications, and data related to Partnerships.
• Lead student-focused Leave to Learn programming by coordinating field trips, workshops, college visits, guest speakers.
• Coordinate external partnerships, student enrollment, teacher placement, and student internship placements.
• Troubleshoot morning-of adjustments (sub coverage, ingredients, etc.).
• Lead student exhibition preparation and presentations.
• Develop and implement CTE pathways.
