Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
• Five years of teaching/counseling or related high school experience.
• Experience with online learning platforms and digital resources.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational management skills.
• Dual licensure including SPED, ESL, or bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the academic program for at-risk students and those on extended suspensions.
• Collaborate with school leaders, counselors, and staff to support learners.
• Oversee individualized study plans using an online platform for continued education.
• Supervise staff and participate in advisory reviews for program improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and school policies.
