Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years LOA administration experience.
• Experience with FMLA and state leave programs.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end LOA case management across multiple states.
• Administer FMLA and state leaves, including eligibility and certification review.
• Determine leave types per policy within required timelines.
• Issue and track notices, certifications, and communications.
• Maintain confidential leave records in LOA systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Workers' Comp teams.
• Provide guidance on policies and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor leave usage and ensure compliance with SOPs.
