Job summary

Bronson Healthcare Group is seeking a Leave of Absence Team Lead to oversee LOA programs (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, PPL, Military Leave) with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and workflow leadership. You will work daily in Workday and with TPAs, guiding LOA Analysts and Specialists while partnering with Payroll, HR, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5–7 years HR experience focusing on LOA, ADA, STD/LTD.
• Experience with Workday and TPA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage LOA caseload across FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, PPL, and Military Leave.
• Escalation point for LOA Analysts and LOA Specialist.
• Lead weekly LOA team huddles and training.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, and external vendors.
• Perform quality reviews of transitions and payroll coding.
• Support LOA process standardization and vendor coordination.
