Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a temporary LOA & Accommodations Specialist to administer health and wellness leave programs and accommodations for employees. The role requires meticulous recordkeeping and compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will work with partners and managers to guide the interactive process, track leaves, and support audits and open enrollment, while maintaining a professional, empathetic communication style.

Qualifications

• Experience administering leave of absence and accommodations.
• Familiarity with state and federal leave regulations.
• Ability to collaborate with partners and managers throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Leave of Absence and Accommodations maintaining records according to state and federal regulations.
• Administer leaves end-to-end: intake, certification, tracking, and return to work.
• Guide interactive accommodation process with partners and stakeholders to resolution.
• Maintain and update records in leave management systems.
• Coordinate return-to-work processes and certifications, communicating with managers.
